Sigma shall not be liable for any consequence, damage or injury that may result of non-compliance with any of the obligations provided in this Ts&Cs or in the legislation that may apply to the use of the website. Access to the website is free of charge, except for the cost of the internet connection, provided by the network provider contracted by you. You may only access the contents of the website by means or procedures that have been made available to you for this purpose, or are usually used on the Internet for this purpose. They may not entail any damage to the website or to our Intellectual Property rights. You agree to use the contents of the Website in a lawful and diligent manner. We shall try to update and amend the information hosted in the website, when necessary. However, Sigma disclaims its liability for any kind of damage that might result from the lack of veracity and/or accuracy of the contents made available through the website.

Therefore, Sigma does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in those links, which may cause alterations or any other cause not attributable to Sigma.
